
Jr NTR has been in Japan for the past couple of days to promote the Japanese release of Koratala Siva’s Devara. He has got to interact with scores of Japanese people during his tour.
Taking to social media on Thursday, the versatile actor described the visit as special because he has made “beautiful memories”. He proceeded to share a unique anecdote. “This one hit me differently. Hearing a Japanese fan tell me she learned Telugu after watching RRR truly moved me,” the Aravindha Sametha actor wrote. The SS Rajamouli directorial’s international popularity is well-known.
“Being a lover of cinema and languages, the power of cinema to be a bridge across cultures and encouraging a fan to learn a language is something I will never forget. One more reason to celebrate Indian Cinema as it travels the world,” Jr NTR added.
Jr NTR is currently doing War 2 (August 14th release) and Dragon (directed by Prashanth Neel).
