The 2025 Country Music Awards concluded on a high note for host Lainey Wilson and fellow nominee Ella Langley! While the two weren’t the only winners of the evening, they took home quite a few awards, with Lainey winning Entertainer of the Year.

Since it was a huge night for female country music artists, Lainey made sure to get that point across during one of her acceptance speeches.

“For the folks that are sitting at home, in your mama’s basement, eating your Cheetos, trying to pit women against each other — y’all need to find something better to do,” the “Out of Oklahoma” hitmaker quipped.
