Aryan Khan’s debut show, The Ba***ds of Bollywood became one of the most popular shows this year, not just because of the plot but also for the songs. One of the tracks, Tenu Ki Pata also featured Diljit Dosanjh’s vocals along with Aryan’s voice. Now, singer Divya Kumar has said that he had originally recorded the song for the show, but his voice was replaced by the Lover hitmaker at the last moment. Kumar also said that he was offered a huge amount of money from Shah Rukh Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment, but he turned it down.

Talking to Digital Commentary, he said, “I had received a great opportunity from Shah Rukh Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment. It was for Aryan Khan’s The Ba***ds of Bollywood. I had originally sung Tainu Ki Pata. Later, they replaced it with Diljit Dosanjh’s voice. I had tears in my eyes when I was sitting in his (SRK) office.”

The Sun Saathiya shared that he was offered an insane amount as compensation, but he refused to take it as he always looked up to SRK as an inspiration. He continued, “They offered me an insane amount of money to compensate, but I refused to take it. I rejected the money because it was Shah Rukh’s company. It was SRK who made me. I was inspired by him. He gave me the strength to move forward.”
