A prayer meeting was held in Mumbai on November 10 to honour the late Zarine Khan, wife of veteran actor and filmmaker Sanjay Khan, who passed away on November 7 at the age of 81 following a cardiac arrest at her Mumbai residence.

The solemn gathering saw several celebrities in attendance, including Jeetendra, Chunky Panday, Elnaaz Norouzi, Zareen Khan, and Shama Sikander, among others. Zarine Khan, born a Parsi and married to a Muslim, was cremated as per Hindu rituals. Family members Simone Arora, Farah Khan Ali, and Sussanne Khan attended the prayer meet, dressed in traditional white attire, offering folded-hand greetings to the paparazzi and well-wishers. The event reflected the family’s grace and the industry’s deep respect for late Zarine Khan.
