OG ticket rates in Andhra
In Andhra Pradesh, They Call Him OG will have benefit shows at 1 am on September 25 with a flat ticket price of Rs 1000 (including GST). For the regular shows, the ticket prices are increased by Rs 125 (including GST) in single screens, rounding the revised price to Rs 272. In multiplexes OG ticket price is hiked by Rs 150 (including GST) on the existing prices. The revised fare will be Rs 327. The filmmakers were given permission to screen five shows per day. The GO states that the hiked ticket rates will be in effect for a period of 10 days, from September 25 to October 4. After the AP government approved the hike in film’s ticket prices, all eyes are now on Telangana. It’ll be interesting to see whether the T-government will approve such high-ticket hikes and give permissions for midnight premieres screening.
