Aryan Khan’s debut show, The Ba***ds of Bollywood, is nearing its release. This is one of the most anticipated shows of this year as it marks Shah Rukh Khan’s son’s entry into showbiz as a director-writer. The title was announced earlier this year by SRK. With a promising cast and exciting cameos of notable actors, the show has already created a buzz. Here’s everything you need to know about the show before it releases:

Plot

The show is described as a satirical action comedy, following outsider Aasmaan Singh, who aspires to make it big in Bollywood. Supporting him on this journey are his witty best friend Parvaiz, his sharp manager Sanya, and his family: uncle Avtar, mother Neeta, and father Rajat. However, fame comes with a price.

The show features an ensemble cast including Lakshya, who plays the lead character, Sahher Bambba, Bobby Deol, Raghav Juyal, Anya Singh, Mona Singh, Manoj Pahwa, Gautami Kapoor, Rajat Bedi, Manish Chaudhari and Vijayant Kohli, among others.

It also has some exciting cameos. The preview and the trailer already revealed that the three Khans – Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan and Aamir Khan are a part of the show. Besides them, rapper Badshah, Karan Johar, Ranveer Singh, Disha Patani, SS Rajamouli, Arjun Kapoor, Siddhant Chaturvedi will also be making a cameo. The Wikipedia page of the show suggests that there will be more cameos of actors including Ibrahim Ali Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Ananya Panday, Arijit Singh, Honey Singh, Diljit Dosanjh, Shanaya Kapoor, Suhana Khan, Karisma Kapoor, Kriti Sanon, Prabhas, Tiger Shroff, Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Alia Bhatt and even young AbRam Khan.

As per reports, the show will have seven episodes, although the makers have not confirmed it yet.

The Ba***ds of Bollywood will be released on OTT giant Netflix on September 18. It will reportedly be available for streaming from 12:30 pm on Thursday.
