Birthday wishes for his son Gautam

Mahesh Babu is presently shooting for director SS Rajamouli’s Globetrotter in Kenya. The director is filming action scenes on Mahesh and Priyanka Chopra Jonas. And Mahesh’s son Gautam’s birthday happens to be on Sunday (August 31). While the superstar celebrates his son’s birthday every year, this time, he is away from the family shooting in Kenya. Taking to social media, Mahesh sent heartfelt birthday wishes to his son on his 19th birthday. In the post, the actor also revealed that this is the first time he is missing out on the birthday get-together.

Sharing a throwback picture from Gautam’s childhood, and with a heart emoji, Mahesh Babu captioned, “Happy 19 my son!! Gautam pursuing acting studies

Mahesh Babu’s son Gautam is presently studying acting at NYU. He made his debut as a child artiste (younger version of Mahesh Babu) in the 2014 film, Nenokkadine. Last year in June, Gautam performed in a play titled, Romeo Juliet & Etc, at the Unicorn Theatre in London. The play marked his first theatre stage performance in the UK. Mahesh and wife Namrata witnessed the performance and have also shared photos and details of his debut on social media.
