Suniel Shetty is currently embroiled in controversy due to his recent outburst at an event, where an artiste was mimicking him. The actor visibly lost his cool and scolded the performer for imitating him. The same left the audience and social media users baffled. The video of Suniel lashing out is doing rounds on social media with users debating over his behaviour.

In the video, Suniel addressed the artiste directly. He said, “Tab se yeh bhaisahab alag alag dialogues bol rahe hain jo meri awaaz mein hain hi nahi. Itna ghatiya mimicry maine kabhi dekha hi nahi hai. Jab Suniel Shetty bolta hai toh ek mard ki tarah bolta hai… Yeh bachche ki tarah bol raha tha. (Now this guy is speaking different dialogues that aren’t even in my voice. I’ve never seen such cheap mimicry. When Suniel Shetty speaks, he speaks like a man.)”

He added, “Beta jab mimicry karte ho toh achi karni chahiye… Kharab nakal nahi karni chahiye (This guy was speaking like a child. Son, when you do mimicry, do it well, don’t do bad impressions.)”

The artiste, visibly embarrassed, tried to manage the situation. He said, “Sorry sir, main bilkul aapki mimicry karne ki koshish nahi kar raha tha (Sorry sir, I wasn’t trying to do your mimicry at all.)”
