
ASK Automotive Limited has announced that its Board of Directors has approved the formation of a joint venture with T.D. Holding GMBH (TDH), aimed at manufacturing, marketing, and selling sunroof control cables and helix cables for passenger vehicles.
In a meeting held on June 25, 2025, the Board gave the green signal to move forward with the formation of a new joint venture company (JV Co.) that will be incorporated following the execution of a Joint Venture Agreement (JVA). According to the regulatory filing, ASK Automotive will hold a 49% equity stake in the proposed JV Co., while TDH will hold the remaining 51%.
ASK Automotive plans to invest a total of ₹2.45 crore in one or more tranches in the JV Co. Of this, ₹49 lakh will be infused at the time of incorporation. The collaboration is structured under the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and follows the guidelines laid out in the SEBI Master Circular dated November 11, 2024.
Further disclosures related to the joint venture structure, business model, and execution plans are expected to be made once the JVA is formally signed. The move marks a strategic step for ASK Automotive in diversifying its offerings within the passenger vehicle components space.
