The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 has just surfaced in all three colors, from almost all sides. This is also our very first look at the Silver Shadow variant of the phone… well, first proper look at that color option.

These are seemingly official renders, and they come from Evan Blass aka evleaks. The top and bottom sides of the phone are not shown, but other than that, you can see the device from all sides in the gallery below.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 will be a lot thinner than its predecessor, it’s not even close. It’s also going to be considerably lighter than the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6, which is a huge plus when it comes to foldables.

Some other improvements will be on board, but the thinness and lightness of the phone are its main changes compared to the Galaxy Z Fold 6. These are the only three colors that will be available, at least from the get-go.
The colors are called Blue Shadow, Jet Black, and Silver Shadow. These are essentially blue, silver, and black color variants, but Samsung has a tendency to use fancy names for those colors, as do many other companies.
As a reminder, we were the first to reveal the design of the Galaxy Z Fold 7 way back in March. We followed that up with some official Galaxy Z Fold 7 renders as well, but these images from Blass give us a full picture of what to expect design-wise.
The Galaxy Z Fold 7 will become official on July 9
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 will become official on July 9. That’s the day Samsung will host its second Unpacked event of the year. The date has been confirmed by the company, by the way. The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 will arrive alongside it, and the same goes for the Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 series.
