These scenes unfolded across the country as part of large-scale mock security drills. Conducted under the nationwide civil defence exercise Operation Abhyaas, the drills simulated multiple hostile scenarios—including air raids, fire emergencies, and search-and-rescue operations.

In the national capital, drills were conducted at 55 locations as part of Operation Abhyaas, with PCR vans, fire engines, and heavy deployment of security personnel and civil defence volunteers across key areas.
